## Software with a clear purpose.

Based in Cologne, NRW. Building digital products and workflows for Germany.

Member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.

## AI with a concrete purpose

Artificial Intelligence (AI), or Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) in German, supports specific tasks. We start with the use case: which information needs to be recognised, processed or prepared for the next step in a workflow?

## Local AI, LLMs and documents

Our areas of work include local large language models (LLMs), on-premises AI, optical character recognition (OCR) and natural language processing (NLP). Deployment choices depend on the data, existing infrastructure and intended operating model.

## A project example: CoverTwin

CoverTwin creates synthetic document twins for testing and demos. Its described approach replaces personal fields and combines local OCR/NLP with technical verification and human review.

## Working across Cologne, NRW and Germany

TheMindsLab is based in Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia. We begin by clarifying the task, suitable example data and how results will be checked. This supports a focused and understandable first implementation step.
