## Understand the process first

Digital transformation starts with how work happens today. We look at information, responsibilities and handovers to identify where a digital workflow can provide practical value.

## Health and social care

Health and social support are among our project areas. Digital tools need to fit professional practice, bringing together people, cases, information and next steps in a working environment that makes sense to its users.

## DiSoWo: a project in development

DiSoWo is our digital transformation project in health and social care. It is currently in development, focused on a working environment for social support.

## An incremental approach from Cologne

Our studio is based in Cologne and works with businesses in NRW and across Germany. A clearly defined process provides a useful starting point. Experience from actual use informs which integration or extension is needed next.
